The official name is muscle dysmorphia, but media has deemed it as 'bigorexia.'

Obsessively wanting bigger muscles can lead to a variety of health problems like hurting yourself lifting heavy weights, taking supplements that can cause liver or kidney problems, or in drastic cases, taking steroids.

Steroids can cause genitalia shrinkage which brings up the question: Do women really want a guy with gigantic muscles and a micropenis?
