Guy Shoplifts From K-Mart But Doesn’t Make a Clean Getaway Because He Locks His Keys in His Car

This thief gives a new meaning to the term bad criminal.

29-year-old Nickolas Messier decided to take some electronics from his local K-Mart this past Tuesday.

He walked through the store's garden center and employees reported seeing him try to toss the items in his car until he discovered he had locked his keys in his car.

He ended up running away on foot, but police eventually found him by running his license plate.

He was arrested and charged with shoplifting, and for having a large knife in his car which he wasn't supposed to have since he was a convicted felon already.

Chalk up another idiot on the stupid criminals list.
