March Madness kicks into another gear tonight, with five conference championships. The best competition, though, may be in the NBA.

The Spurs host the Thunder in a meeting of the top two squads in the Western Conference. The teams have split their first two games and another looms early next month. With Tony Parker out for a few weeks due to injury, the Thunder could be moving in to make their move now.
