I was talking with friends the other day and we came up with these things you would never hear in our area.

The rent is so affordable here.
High School football is not that big of a deal.
The water is the best, you can drink it from the tap.
The weather is so predictable out here, you could set your watch by it.
Why would anyone want to leave town for vacation, everything you could ever want to do is already here.
