So here we are the second week of January 2017 and how many of us made New Years Resolutions?

More importantly how many of us made New Years resolutions that are in now way shape or form going to keep those said resolutions.

They sound great in theory but why put yourself under so much pressure of a New Years Resolution!  Sure we all want to quit bad habits, lose weight and overall be healthier but if you weren't prepared to do this before the New Year then you probably won't get to them in the next year,

I say whatever makes you happy do that, if a dozen donuts is your thing then eat them, if you want to get healthy do that but the key is this, don't put that pressure on yourself.

I say live the way you want to live and do what makes you happy, so I say your resolution is to resolve to do for you/
