Guys, if you were worried that you would have the option to pee standing up taken away from you, fear no more.

According to The Local, a man in Dusseldorf, Germany was in court this week, suing his former landlord over a peeing dispute.

The guy always stood up when he peed, and little splashes of his pee would land on the marble tile floor.  When he moved out, the landlord withheld $2,160 of his $3,400 security deposit to fix the, "urine-related damage on the floor."

The guy sued his landlord to get the rest of the security deposit back, because the landlord never warned him that his pee splashes could cause problems.

The judge presiding over the case agreed with him.

The judge said the landlord's argument makes sense, but, "urinating while standing up is still widespread" and men shouldn't have to, "worry about corrosion to the floor."

He ordered the landlord to pay back the rest of the deposit.
