All records and facts courtesy of NFL.com.

Houston (3-1) @ Dallas (3-1) - Dallas leads series 2-1. Last meeting was in 2010, Dallas won 27-13.  After a great showing on Sunday night against New Orleans and Houston coming off a great win against Buffalo, this battle of Texas bragging rights should come down to the wire.

Chicago (2-2) @ Carolina (2-2)Chicago leads series 5-3.  Last meeting was in 2012, Chicago won 23-22. Chicago is currently on a 3 game winning streak against Carolina and both teams are coming off losses last week, in fact Carolina lost their last two games in a row.

Buffalo (2-2) @ Detroit (3-1)Series tied 4-4-1. Last meeting was back in 2010, Buffalo won 14-12.  Detroit comes into this game on a two game winning streak while Buffalo lost their game last week to Houston.

Baltimore (3-1) @ Indianapolis (2-2)Indianapolis leads series 9-4.  Last meeting was in the AFC Playoffs in 2012, Baltimore won 24-9. Baltimore is on a 3 game winning streak while Indy is on a 2 game winning streak.

Pittsburgh (2-2) @ Jacksonville (0-4)Jacksonville leads series 12-10.  Last meeting was in 2011, Pittsburgh won 17-13.  Pittsburgh lost their game last week in a shocker to Tampa Bay, who was winless before last week, so maybe Jacksonville can get its first win.

Tampa Bay (1-3) @ New Orleans (1-3)New Orleans leads series 27-17.  Last meeting was back on December 29, 2013, New Orleans won 42-17.  Tampa Bay comes off a stunning win against Pittsburgh while New Orleans lost horribly to Dallas, so this battle of the bottom of the NFC South should be one to remember.

Atlanta (2-2) @ New York Giants (2-2)Series tied 11-11.  Last meeting was in 2012, Atlanta won 34-0.  New York is coming off a 2 game winning streak while Atlanta lost last week to Minnesota.  Both teams need this win to get over .500 and for Atlanta to lead their division.

St. Louis (1-2) @ Philadelphia (3-1) - Series tied 19-19-1.  Last meeting was in 2011, Philadelphia won 31-13.  St. Louis comes off a bye week last week but lost the week before to Dallas, while Philadelphia comes off a last minute comeback in overtime loss last week at the hands of San Francisco.

Cleveland (1-2) @ Tennessee (1-3)Cleveland leads series 33-29.  Last meeting was back in 2011, Tennessee won 31-13.  These former AFC Central division rivals have not played each other much since being put in different divisions in the NFL realignment in 2002. Cleveland has had a bye week to prepare for this game while Tennessee is on a 3 game losing streak.

Arizona (3-0)@ Denver (2-1)Denver leads series 7-1-1.  Last meeting was back in 2010, Arizona won 43-13.  The first win Arizona got against Denver was way before Peyton Manning was acquired by Denver in free agency after the 2012 season.  Arizona is only one of two teams left that is undefeated and both teams had bye weeks last week and Denver has had time to lick their wounds from getting beat yet again by Seattle. Meanwhile Arizona has looked convincing against their first three opponents (San Diego, San Francisco, and New York Giants) so it should be a great game and come down to the wire also.

New York Jets (1-3) @ San Diego (3-1) - San Diego leads series 20-14-1.  Last meeting was in 2012, San Diego won 27-17. San Diego is currently on a 3 game winning streak while New York is on the opposite path, losing their last 3.

Kansas City (2-2) @ San Francisco (2-2) - San Francisco leads series 6-5.  Last meeting was in 2010, Kansas City won 31-10.  San Francisco is coming off a last minute overtime win against Philadelphia last week, while Kansas City shocked everyone on Monday night by beating New England convincingly.

Sunday Night Football: Cincinnati (3-0) @ New England (2-2) - New England leads series 14-9.  Last meeting was last season, Cincinnati won 13-6.  Cincinnati and Arizona are the only two undefeated teams coming into week 5.  New England is coming off an embarrassing loss to Kansas City on Monday night so this game should show us if the Belichick empire is finally crumbling.

Monday Night Football: Seattle (2-1) @ Washington (1-3) - Washington leads series 11-7. Last meeting was in the Wild Card round of the playoffs in the 2012 season, Seattle won 24-14.  With the brewing controversy over the Redskins name staying atop the sporting news, can Washington get over all the scrutiny of their name and pull out a win against the Super Bowl champions?  We will see on Monday night.
