It makes sense to me that as big as Texas is, the more sky there is to enjoy. The stars at night are big and bright. It's not just part of a song, it's the truth. There's nothing quite like a Texas sky on a clear night. It's almost like you can see all the way across space and time. No, I'm not trying to get deep. But, it's vast out there.

Perfect for UFO sightings.

As children growing up, we spent a lot of time outdoors including sleeping out under the stars. I was anxious about the chance of catching a flying saucer, spending hours on end staring into the night sky. Although I never made contact with anything, it's captured my interest ever since. You've got to admit, there's something about a mysterious object ripping across the sky that'll get one's attention. What's more, is that many US officials and servicemen have gone on record in recent years in support of the phenomenon.

Texas has seen its share of UFO sightings. The New York Post has ranked out the top 10 states where UFO sightings are likely to occur. Where does Texas land on the list? Keep scrolling to find out.
