Today is National Chicken Wing Day, Here is Where To Go

Friday, July 29, 2022 is National Chicken Wing Day, so here are places in Midland/Odessa to get your chicken wing fix.

National Chicken Wing Day was first observed in 1977 by the Mayor of Buffalo, NY, of course, the home of the Buffalo Wing and the day has been celebrated ever since.

In Honor of the holiday three major chain restaurants Wingstop, Buffalo Wild Wings, and Hooters are featuring specials, here is what they are offering:

Wingstop calls National Chicken Wing Day "Wingstop Wing Day." They are offering 5 free wings for anyone who orders online or on the Wingstop app through dine-in or carry-out. This deal also applies to delivery orders of a minimum of $10. Just use the code FREEWINGS when you checkout.

Buffalo Wild Wings

B-Dubs is offering 6 free boneless or bone-in wings with any dine-in purchase of $10 or more. They are also trying to settle the debate of boneless wings versus bone-in wings by having customers vote when they order their free wings and posting their choice on social media using the hashtag #WingDebate.

Hooters is offering 10 free boneless wings on National Chicken Wing Day with the purchase of 10 wings either boneless or bone-in. The offer applies to dine-in, takeout, or delivery orders.
