During a news report from the El Pas border area, you can clearly see two individuals jumping over the border fence right before the news was set to go live. What was the news report going to be about? Title 42, allows the US Border Patrol and US Customs and Border Protection to prohibit the entry of persons who potentially pose a health risk by being subject to previously-announced travel restrictions or by unlawfully entering the country to bypass health-screening measures.
