Broadway Karaoke at The Beer Garden

If singing show tunes is your thing, then The Beer Garden has you covered. This is not just a one-time thing, but it is happening for two nights this weekend. You can also get food there this weekend with tacos, fried chicken, and more. The Beer Garden is 21 and up always and Broadway Karaoke begins at 8 pm Friday and Saturday nights at 7112 W. Hwy 80 (Business Loop 20).

Endowment Fund Fundraiser at COM Aquatics

This is a fundraiser to bring additional income for operations and maintenance programs and also to benefit the physical therapy department at COM Aquatics. Jeffrey Broussard and the Creole Cowboys will be providing the music with a perfect mix of blues and Zydeco music. Cajun cuisine will be served by Down South Seafood while Indulgence Catering will bring its well-known nacho bar. Vintage Drink Truck will provide the beverages with cocktails, and Texas Tap will provide the draft beer. Tickets are $10 and available at COM Aquatics located at 3003 North "A" Street.

Midland Truck and Car Showdown

Come show off your wheels at this event going on all weekend at the Horseshoe Arena in Midland. Cars will be displayed both indoors and outdoors and entertainment will be provided at the amphitheater by Tejano icons and Texas Natives 'Siggno.' Opening for them will be Los Chicos Del 512 "Selena Experience," Conjunto Satevo, and Porte y Estillo. Tickets are $35 for the floor and $25 for lawn tickets. The concert will be Saturday night and doors open at 5:30, show starts at 7:00 at The Horseshoe Amphitheater at 2514 Arena Trail.
