Survey Says: Women Will Be Grilling More This Memorial Day

Grilling at a barbecue has always been a man's territory, but this year there will be more women doing the grilling than ever before.

PR Newswire has the results of a survey done by Weber Grills where they asked what grilling plans people had for this Memorial Day.

Seems 25% of Memorial Day barbecues will have a woman doing the grilling this year, that's up from 20% last year, and 15% in 2009.

The survey also found 62% of people will be at a barbecue for Memorial Day, which makes it the third most popular grilling holiday.  Fourth of July and Labor Day lead that list with Father's Day coming in fourth.
