We all have dreamed of winning the lottery and quitting our jobs, but half of people surveyed said they would still work.

According to a new survey conducted by Career Builder, 51% said they would keep working if they won the lottery.

30% said they would stay at the same job while 21% said they would switch to another job.

The survey also asked why those people would keep working, 77% said they would be bored if they stopped working, and 76% said work gives them a sense of purpose and accomplishment.  Only 23% said they would keep working because they like their co-workers.

Of the 49% that said they would quit, 79% said they would give 2 weeks notice, 13% would quit that day, 3% would quit that day and tell their boss everything wrong with them and the company, and 2% would just never show up to work again.
