The news is coming fast and furious for Stone Sour at the moment. After inviting a superfan to hear several new songs from their Hydrograd album, revealing that the disc would arrive in June and announcing a summer tour with Korn, the band has officially wrapped recording on the disc.

The group revealed the news in an Instagram post, stating, "Well that's a wrap! What an amazing 2months at @sphere_studios with these awesome people. Much love to you all." While an official street date and single news has yet to be revealed, the timeline is coming into focus with the recent revelation of a June release. See the Instagram post below.

Though Stone Sour just revealed their plans to tour with Korn this summer, there will be at least one show prior to that run. In fact, the band just announced their participation in the Rock on the Range Kick-Off Party, which will take place Thursday, May 18 at Express Live! in Columbus, Ohio.

An exclusive presale for Rock on the Range ticket purchasers will start on Tuesday, March 7 at 10:00AM ET. Tickets go on sale to the general public Friday, March 10 at 12N ET at www.RockOnTheRange.com and via Ticketmaster. To celebrate the 11th annual ROTR, tickets for the Kick-Off Party will be available for only $11 + service fees. The exclusive intimate performance will mark Stone Sour’s first show in support of Hydrograd.

The Kick-Off Party will start the Rock on the Range weekend, with Metallica, Soundgarden and Korn headlining this year's festival. Rock on the Range sold out in record time, with tickets being snatched up just over a month after going on sale. It's the fifth consecutive advance sell out in the festival's eleven years of existence.

Meanwhile, ticketing info for Stone Sour's dates this summer with Korn may be found here.
