Our friend state trooper Oscar Villareal's job is a tough one and it's made even tougher by having one of the hardest tasks for any person in law enforcement to ever have to take on. In a powerful and heart-wrenching speech he gave posted by Cisco Logistics that's been shared over thirteen thousand times, he shares what it feels like to be the person who has to tell a family their loved one is never coming home. According to Villareal Texas hasn't seen a single day without a fatal crash since 2000 and the majority of them are attributed to distracted driving and could have been easily avoided.
