Police Looking for Man in Obama Shirt That Flashed a Woman at Walmart

Last week a 21-year-old woman was shopping at Walmart in Dumfries, Virginia when a man flashed her.

The man was wearing green pajama pants and an Obama shirt from 2008.

The woman did not get a good look because she was distracted by him dropping his pajama pants and showing her his junk.

Police have a surveillance photo of him getting in his Honda Civic with his Obama shirt and are searching for him.

That is not a very good example of the spirit of hope and change.
