Orchestra Rocks Out During Surprise Concert on Delayed Flight
It's the most famous impromptu concert spurred on by a transportation mishap since the Titanic band played as the ship went down.
While recently stranded on a plane in Beijing during a tour in China, four members of the Philadelphia Orchestra decided to alleviate their boredom (and perhaps their frustration) by treating fellow passengers to a show. Hmm, do we sense a trend on delayed flights?
It sure beats staring out the window and begging for a second bag of peanuts to stave off hunger.
