Odessa Online Utility Payments Unavailable

Online utility payments for the city of Odesaa will temporarily be unavailable starting Thursday at 7 a.m.  The city of updating the tech infrastructure, basically they're going to make some much needed updates and improvements that will make the system better for customers, so no worries guys. Online payments won't be available while the updates are being made so here are your two options, you can make a payment at City Hall, located at 411 West Eighth Street by calling 432-335-3204, or you can use the kiosk (available 24 hours a day 7 days a week) which is located on the south side of City Hall at 411 West Eighth Street.
