The majority of kids these days don't have a clue as to what the word struggle means. So many kids nowadays are entitled and lazy. They just think everything should be handed to them and I blame their parents for this, they should have taught them differently. I think this new Netflix series will become one of its biggest watched shows yet because as viewers I think some of us will love seeing these kids struggle and be put in their place.

The series is called "Snowflake Mountain." Netflix defines the term "snowflake" as someone who:  is overly emotional . . . easily offended . . . and dramatic. They are calling them snowflakes, not me! The show takes 10 20-something-year-old who refuse to grow up and get a job, and just live off their parents . . . and sends them into the wilderness to compete for $50,000, while learning survival skills.

Here's the catch, they think they are headed to a luxury resort for a big party. Their parents have duped them. When signing their kids up for this wilderness survival adventure, parents were hope to help their kids grow up and learn how to take care of themselves.

"Hopelessly entitled or simply in need of tough love? Ten spoiled young adults experience nature without a parental safety net in this reality series." Netflix

The series takes 10 Gen Zer's and throws them into the wilderness with two former military superstars and they have to learn to survive on their own.  In at least one case it worked because one participant said, "It humbled me, for a fact.  It made me feel more prepared for any situation.  You could stick me in the wilderness right now, and I’ve got you." NY Post

One contestant thought she was headed to the Jersey Shore to party:

“I was like, ‘Oh my God, it’s going to be the new “Jersey Shore,” ‘ ” the 20-year-old told The Post of why she signed up. “I was packing bathing suits and corsets and heels and minidresses. I was not prepared.”

Her breaking point came when she couldn’t complete a challenge that involved chopping a piece of plywood.

“I was just bawling my eyes out for hours,” she said. “I cried all day and all night. I cried myself to sleep that night. I was the only person who couldn’t do it, so I felt useless and stupid. A 1-inch piece of wood was my enemy on the show.” NY Post
