If mountain biking is considered a contact sport, it should be when you hit the ground or your bike runs into a tree.

The last thing you'd expect to hit going full bore is a little kid.

This guy was doing a practice run that seemed to be uneventful when a child appeared and they collided. No one was hurt, though.

It's just more proof you should always wear a helmet.
