Mars is Closer to Earth than Ever this Month

This month holds many astrological anomalies apparently. According to an article on Cnn.com Mars is closer to Earth than it will be for the next 15 years.  A friend of ours brought his telescope over to a small gathering this weekend and we got to check out some stuff, Saturn and Mars happened to be the main attractions. I have to be honest, it was pretty damn cool guys!  The planet will be visible at night the whole.month of October being highest in the sky at Midnight.  The closest it will be happens tomorrow at 10:18pm so bust out those telescopes, grab the kiddos and make some memories.
