There was a recent study that was released with the headline on most websites claiming "Eating Two Breakfasts Could Actually Help You Lose Weight". That can be misleading. While there was a study done about eating breakfast, it was done to a total of 600 students over two years. And it was middle school students by the way, so their bodies are going to be different than anyone over the age of 18.
