Last month, Texas experienced massive rainfall and flooding, primarily affecting South and Central Texas.  With millions of dollars in damage and heartbreaking loss of life, the flooding has left an everlasting effect on the people who were directly or even indirectly affected by it.  Since then, businesses and supporters from all around the state have stepped up to assist with flood relief, offering everything from donations to goods or services.

Flood Relief is Still Happening in Late July 2025

While many news and media outlets are not talking about the flood relief on a daily basis any longer in late July 2025, that does not mean that their quest to rebuild is over.  Flood relief is still very much needed in South and Central Texas.  Fortunately, efforts are still underway.

Cinergy Entertainment Enters the Fray

Dallas-based Cinergy Entertainment is the latest business to express its concerns for the devastating floods that impacted South and Central Texas last month.  In a heartfelt Instagram post, they have announced that they will be donating 50% of popcorn sales on July 28th will go towards the flood relief effort.

 

What's Next?

In the case of flood relief, the only tangible thing to do is to rebuild.  This campaign by Cinergy Entertainment is only one of many that have assisted the region.  Thus, proving that Texans will stand by other Texans in time of need.
