How often do you test your luck playing the Texas Lottery? Do you grab a scratch-off every time you visit a convenience store or grab a Coke?
Sometimes you get lucky, sometimes you don’t. Other times, you grab a scratch-off just to kill some time. I know those Bingo and Crossword scratch-offs can kill quite a bit of time.
However, what if there were a scratch-off ticket that benefits our veterans here in Texas? Here's your chance to try your luck and help out Texas Veterans.
The Texas Lottery has released a new scratch-off just in time for Veterans Day.
The Texas Lottery's New Patriotic Payout

There are five $30,000 grand prizes, one of which had been claimed at the time of publishing.

How the Patriotic Payout Game Works
You scratch off the lucky numbers to reveal the winning numbers, and if any of your numbers match the lucky numbers, you win the prize stated. If you have a flag symbol, you are going to win double the prize for that symbol.
Supporting Texas Veterans Through Lottery Proceeds
This scratch-off is the 83rd veterans-dedicated game the Texas Lottery has launched in the past 16 years. Since 2009, nearly $280 million has been generated for the Texas Veterans Commission's Fund for Veterans' Assistance.
