Be honest with yourself, Amarillo. You've gone to McDonald's and pulled up to that drive-thru, looked at the menu, and debated over what you want, but somewhere inside, you keep looking at that Happy Meal.

It's not even about the food at that point; you want the toy, don't you? You want the nostalgia, the place it takes you, the ability to not feel like an adult for even just a few minutes. I get it, I'm right there with you.

Now, You Can Order A Happy Meal

So if I told you there was a way you could get yourself a Happy Meal and not feel so bad about it, and also get enough food to suppress your adult appetite, would you bite? Of course you would.

Well, your dreams are officially coming true. McDonald's is reviving their McDonaldland brand, which hasn't been around in over 20 years, and that means the McDonaldland Meal is going to be hitting menus.

What Is The McDonaldland Meal

In essence, it's an adult Happy Meal, but with more food and a "toy" that is befitting of an adult, not a child. The toy is going to be a collectible tin that features all the characters, such as Grimace, Hamburglar, and more, and it'll come with stickers and postcards.

When it comes to food, you get a big kid meal. You can choose from a Quarter Pounder with cheese or a 10-piece chicken nuggets, fries, and a Mt. McDonaldland shake. The shake will be a mystery flavor, but the ones who got an advanced tasting of it said they're amazing. The meals will show up on the menu starting August 12.
