Bluey Play Date Announced at Amarillo Civic Center This Month
Of course, your life changes in Amarillo when you have kids or even grandkids. You go from being super cool to all your friends to being super cool to kids that may not even measure past your knees.
You go from following cool bands and cool trends to figuring out who all these new characters are. You go from not knowing about Miss Rachel or Bluey to buying stuff because of them. Where has your life gone? A totally new direction, but you wouldn't change it for the world.
Until my granddaughter, Laila, was born, I had to emcee an event with Paw Patrol. I had no idea any of their names. No idea who they were. Now I can tell you all about Chase and Skye. Yep, I am that Mimi.

Now I am immersed in anything my little toddler loves. So when I saw that Amarillo Parks and Recreation was bringing Bluey to town next month, I had to jump all over it. Of course, anyone with a little one knows who Bluey is.
