Did you know that Texas Roadhouse offers a drink honoring the NASCAR legend?

If you're looking for an interesting account to follow on X, might I suggest @25YearsAgoLive. It's reporting the news of that day from 25 years ago in real time and sadly yesterday it was the anniversary of one of the most infamous Daytona 500 days.

February 18, 2001 Dale Earnhardt Dies in Crash at the Daytona 500

Yesterday was a nice day on a social media with folks sharing Dale memories and quotes. I also discovered that Texas Roadhouse has a Dale Earnhardt inspired drink called the 'Dale Yeah!' that someone posted yesterday.

Texas Roadhouse Dale Yeah!

I had no idea that Dale Earnhardt Jr. was in the liquor business, but apparently his vodka is a part of drink that honors his dad. Apparently Dale Sr. liked screwdrivers and Jr. likes Creamsicles, and Dale Jr.'s wife like margaritas. Combine all three and you get the Dale Yeah!

How Do You Make the Dale Yeah!?

  • High Rock Vodka
  • Orange juice
  • Sour mix
  • Candied orange
  • Vanilla syrup

Dale Yeah! Not Available in Texas!!!!!

In doing some research I saw that the Dale Yeah! is only available at Texas Roadhouses on the East Coast. I called our local Texas Roadhouse today and asked if they had the drink and they said no. Good thinking Texas Roadhouse! When I think of NASCAR, I don't think of the southern part of the country. Fix this so I can get my Dale Yeah! on.
