Time to fill your garden with plants that have a chance. Even if you aren't a master gardener, you can hedge your bets on your plants staying alive in Texas when you buy them from the Pineywoods Native Plant Center.

There are two plant sales every year, and the fall event is coming up on Saturday, October 4th, from 9 AM to 2 PM with SFA Gardens. This beautiful facility is on the SFA campus in Nacogdoches.

When I go, I always park at the Janice A. Patillo Early Childhood Research Center at 2428 Raguet Street. It is just close enough to hike into the area.
