Oops! Real Texans Spill the Hilarious Phrases They Use After Passing Gas

Yes, we all do it. Some of us make it part of our personality. 

The Question

Again, we surveyed hundreds, if not thousands of real Texans, "What's your go-to saying when you toot". We used the word "toot" to take a little of the crudeness out of the question, but I guess you'll be the judge if we were successful or not. It did make the question a bit more playful and as a result we ended up with something that is certainly in the running for the all-time sheer volume of answers from across the state.

The Respondents

Yes, let's focus on the last line of the last paragraph. Before anyone gets too judge-y with us about this question, we had seven pages of answers to process. This means that a large group of people find this topic as relatable and hilarious as we do. So excuse us like a bad smell if you think this is low-brow humor.

The Inspiration

This question was inspired by a true life event. After a dinner that included a large portion of fried mushrooms, I felt a rumble, followed by a voluminous, uncontrollable hot wind. I began shouting, "Oh, the humanity!" throughout the house. I personally found this hilarious while my wife was not amused...not even a little bit.

I should state this on more of these "Real Texan" slide shows, but I try NOT to edit the answers. I often find the way things are written out endearing and/or they add a little bit to the humor.
