The website The Travel recently created a list of 10 cities for a long weekend getaway in the USA. What I really enjoyed about the list they created is that you won’t need your passport, although I still highly suggest getting your passport and exploring and traveling as much as possible. But if you need to stay closer to home or just don’t have the funds for a long, exotic trip, this list will point you in the right direction. 

Two Texas City Made the List 

Texas is gigantic and there is so much to do and see, so I wasn’t shocked to see that two Texas city made the list below. But I would have loved to see more Texas cities highlighted on the list below because there is so much going on in the lone star state.
