Texas A&M- Texarkana has officially unveiled its 2025-2030 Strategic Plan. It's called the Eagle Flight Plan and gives us a look at what they want to accomplish in the next five years.

The Eagle Flight Plan lays out some big ideas and goals for the future, from new academic and athletics programs to new student housing and campus dining.

This is more than just some ideas on a piece of paper, this is a roadmap with not only the goals but timelines and steps to guide the university's growth in Texarkana. This roadmap has been in the works for months with Texas A&M-Texarkana students, faculty, staff, alumni and local members all working together.

Six Main Areas A&M Texarkana Will Focus On

The areas they focus on in the coming years are Enrollment, Retention, Curriculum, Athletics, Housing and Construction and Economic & Community Development.
