Host Town for Osama Bin Laden’s Compound Plans Amusement Park
Abbatobad, Pakistan is planning an amusement park now that its most famous, but least liked attraction, is now gone.
Osama bin Laden's compound is now gone and the city, according to the BBC, is now planning a 30 million dollar facility to include paragliding, rock climbing, mini-golf, water sports, and a full amusement park.
The city is hoping to boost tourism with the amusement facility and also adds that the park will NOT be located on the spot where the infamous compound once was in an effort to prevent terror tourism.
The hideout was destroyed in May 2011 by Navy SEALs that raided the compund and left the terror leader dead.
