What these guys do is pure brilliance!

One guy walks up to a girl, or group of girls, and tells her that he wants to ask a girl out but doesn't quite know how to do it. He gets the advice from the girl(s), and tells his buddy what advice she had given. Then, his friend goes back and asks that girl out exactly as she advised the other guy to do.

And it worked!
