Alice Cooper's Hollywood Vampires house is officially on the market for $1.3 million. Located in the Echo Park neighborhood of Los Angeles, the modest, 2,027-square-foot estate contains two bedrooms and two baths with a one-bedroom, one-bathroom studio that is attached. Location-wise, it is mere steps from Sunset Boulevard and only a short walk from Dodger Stadium.

According to the listing, which is hosted by Randy Abrams of Podley Properties, Cooper purchased the property in 2006 and afterwards had it completely renovated. The shock-rocker used the location as a "retreat" to write material for his Hollywood Vampires project, which features himself alongside Johnny Depp and Aerosmith's Joe Perry. It was revealed earlier this year that work on the group's next release has begun.

"Everybody is writing right now," Cooper told Billboard in February. "We probably won't get into the album until the summer, and then it'll go quickly because we've all got a lot of songs. Johnny did five movies last year so he could free himself up for this, and the band's really anxious to get together.
