A Cop Ordered a Female Drunk Driver to Punch Him in the Groin Because That’s His Fetish

This is the first time someone has punched a cop on duty in the crotch and the cop is going to jail.

According to the South Florida Sun-Sentinel, back in May of 2012 in Lauderhill, Florida, two cops named Thomas Merenda and Franklin Hartley pulled over a woman suspected of drunk driving after leaving a strip club.

That would not be a story to report about until the two cops told the woman and her passenger to follow them to an empty parking lot.

They pulled into an empty mall parking lot where Hartley told the passenger to "perform" on him.  But Merenda had a very different request for the driver.  He told the driver to "punch him in the nuts" because he had a fetish for that, so she did.

The cops let both women go without a DUI charge, but the women ended up reporting them.

After a year long investigation, both Hartley and Merenda were arrested this past Thursday.  Both men got one felony charge of unlawful compensation and are looking at up to 15 years in prison.

Sad thing is, both men are married and have children.
