Woman Injured After Baking Ammo

A St. Petersburg, Florida woman was slightly injured after preheating her oven to prepare food and didn't realize there was a round of .45 caliber ammunition in the oven.  

Local media reports the 18-year-old woman didn't know her boyfriend had hidden the magazine for his legally-owned Glock 19 in the oven.  So when the oven got hot enough a bullet cooked off, firing and slightly injuring the woman.

She was treated and released from the hospital and no charges were filed.
