When is the last itme you checked your blood pressure?  Even if you're not concerned, you should have it checked.  A new report from the CDC estimates that 67 million Americans have high blood pressure, and 14 million of us don't even know it.  High blood pressure is a big deal regardless of age.  It can lead to serious complications such as heart failure, kidney failure, and stroke.  Check your blood pressure regularly to be sure it is 140 over 90 or lower.  If it is not, you'll need to address that situation.  Talk to a doctor about treating it with some  simple changes to your diet or medication if necessary.
