What States Have the Most Responsible and Least Responsible Drinkers

A new study shows the states where people are the best and worst at handling their liquor.

According to Buzzfeed, the study compares the average alcohol consumption in the state with the number of alcohol-related traffic incidents per one million drivers.

The five states with the MOST responsible drinkers are New Hamshire, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Alaska, and Minnesota.

The five states with the LEAST responsible drinkers are Mississippi, Oklahoma, West Virginia, Arkansas, and South Carolina.

Texas came in the top 10 of LEAST responsible drinkers.  You can see the full list of all 50 states here.
