Wedding is Delayed When Man Stumbles Into the Church After Castrating Himself

Everyone has been to a wedding where things just didn't go right and the ceremony was delayed for one reason or another, but I bet something like this has never happened at a wedding you have been to.

Last weekend, a couple was an hour away from getting married at a church in Essex, England, when a stranger stumbled into the building.

The Brentwood Weekly News reports that the man was bleeding from his crotch and explained to the vicar and the wedding guests that he had just cut off his own testicles with a pair of scissors.

To prove that he was telling the truth, he dropped his testicles to the floor.

Police and paramedics rushed to the church and the man was taken to the hospital.

There is still no word on his condition, but he is undergoing a mental health evaluation.

Police wanted to close the church and postpone the wedding, but the family of the couple convinced the police to let the ceremony continue.

The news of the self-castrated man was kept from the bride, so she had no idea of the crashing of her wedding till afterward.
