Well, this one went down to the wire! We posed to you which was the most anticipated album of September, the busiest release month of the year and after thousands of votes were counted, Wayland's Rinse and Repeat came out on top. The disc used a late charge to move past Arch Enemy's Will to Power, while Circa Survive’s The Amulet, Nothing More’s The Stories We Tell Ourselves, Cradle of Filth’s Cryptoriana: The Seductiveness of Decay and Sons of Texas’ Forged by Fortitude also put up big numbers.

The Michigan rockers have been burning it up with the radio ready rock single "Through the Fire." Take a look and listen at the lyric video for the track below. They also debuted their video for "Shopping for a Savior" right here at Loudwire. You can watch the NSFW clip for the bluesy rocker here.

Of the song, Wayland vocalist Mitch Arnold tells us, “‘Shopping for a Savior’ was written in a time where we were finding our way spiritually through a maze of different beliefs and ideologies. We were living in L.A. and we were hungry for answers, so to speak, so we were exploring different ways of thinking and living. We were being approached by all kinds of different faiths and religions. Some we would dig into, others we immediately left by the wayside. I can’t say we are a religious group. Never have been and never will be. But we will always be searching within ourselves, the path of spiritual reflection.”

Wayland's Rinse and Repeat is due Sept. 22 via Mighty Loud / InGrooves. Pre-orders can be made here. Stay up to date with the band via their website as well as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram and look for the band on tour at these stops.

Congrats to Wayland, as Rinse and Repeat has been voted as the Loudwire September 2017 Release of the Month.
