To All The Good Buddies

Today  is "Ten-Four Day."   The fourth day of the tenth month is a day of recognition for radio operators "ten-four" being the code words for affirmative reply.  Whatever happened to CB radio?  I guess cell phones killed CB.  At least CB radios didn't ring in the middle of meetings, theaters, restaurants, and you got to eavesdrop on everyone else's conversations.
