Three Pound Joint Confiscated by Police

April 20th, as everyone knows, is National Pot Day, and to celebrate students at  University of California Santa Cruz made themselves a three pound, three-foot-long joint only to have it confiscated by police.  

The huge doobie contained enough marijuana to easily exceed the legal possession weight, and according to KSBW-TV, landed its apparent owner, 25 year old UCSC student Gennady Tsarinsky, in handcuffs.

The suspect was led from the campus, with his massive marijuana creation, to the jeers of the smokers present at the time.
