Police in Hickory, North Carolina got a call from three men who were lost in the woods claiming they were ghost hunting when, in reality, they were making meth.

According to the Greensboro News & Record, the men were identified as 39-year-old Sonny Hyatt, 38-year-old Thomas Imler, and 31-year-old Eric Schmidt and had told police they had gone to the woods looking for ghosts because they had heard the woods were haunted.

Police were suspicious of the story and after questioning the men enough, they admitted they had gone into the woods to cook up meth.

They took the cops to their meth lab and all three were arrested.
