Thousands Stand in Line to See Penguin-Less Penguin Exhibit

Driving rain or the absence of penguins could not discourage thousands of people from coming to see an under-construction penguin exhibit at the Kansas City Zoo on Saturday.  

The Kansas City Star reports the line for the Helzberg Penguin Plaza snaked all the way outside of the incomplete Missouri structure, which lacked a roof and finished walls and of course the focal point of the exhibit, penguins.
