Smoking is bad for you, that is an obvious statement, and secondhand smoke can also be bad for you, but now thirdhand smoke is something to worry about.

According to Science Daily, there has been a new study to come out of Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory in California that states too much thirdhand smoke can do damage to you.

What is thirdhand smoke?  Well it is the cigarette smoke that clings to surfaces either in your house or car.  You know how a smoker's house kinda has a smoky smell to it? That is thirdhand smoke.

The study shows that if you are exposed to it enough, it can significantly damage your DNA and mess up your cells.

That can lead to significant health problems, and possible health problems for future children you might have.
