Last month, Tool announced a handful of West Coast tour dates, but they have now added several more concerts to the trek (all dates below). The tour still launches March 4 in Spokane, Wash., and will now go through March 27, wrapping up in Phoenix, Ariz.

There's still no word on when a new Tool album will arrive, but fans of the band can take comfort in knowing that they'll be returning to the road soon. The group has just revealed a five-date West Coast swing that will get the band back into the groove this March.

Maynard James Keenan once said, "F--- your tattoos," in a little song called 'Ænima,' but the vocalist hasn't let that statement stop him from getting some ink of his own. Maynard has sported a few tats for a while now, but the musician / cult leader has just gotten himself an entire half-sleeve on his right arm.

It has been seven years since Tool last gave us their last album, ‘10,000 Days,' which fans are hoping is not an indicator of how long they will have to wait before another one hits the shelves. There have been sporadic updates from members and the band's website and now singer Maynard James Keenan has given an update on the progress from where he stands.

We've got an update from the Tool camp regarding the band's long-awaited fifth studio album! Posted on Oct. 23 at Tool's official website, a lengthy testimonial has been made public detailing the album's progression.

The current talking point of Tool fanatics is, of course, the experimental act's next album. However, it seems like the band, or at least guitarist Adam Jones, is actually working on a new music video for a track off Tool's 2006 studio album, '10,000 Days.'
