Survey Says: It Takes the Average Person Over Three Days to Adjust to Daylight Savings Time
Daylight Savings Time is coming up this Sunday, and here is the latest about the time change and its effects.
I love this time change because I enjoy having more daylight after I am done with work. I, however, am in the minority because most hate this time change. But according to a new survey posted by PR Newswire, it takes the average person 3 1/2 days to adjust to Daylight Savings Time.
That means you will not be back to normal until next Thursday.
The study did find there are about 18% of people who say the time change doesn't have much effect on them, so I would fall into that 18%.
Where do you fall and how long will it take you to recover? Give me your comments.
