A new study out of the University of Toronto has found the best way to deal with your problems is to run away from them. You read it right.

According to the Huffington Post, researchers have found that people are happier when they are distracted from their problems, instead of confronting their problems.  That means if you can ignore your stress, it won't affect the other things in life.

They also found that a little distance from your problems will help you figure them out and solve them quicker.

But you do have to solve them at some point.  Researchers say that avoiding your problems for a bit is good but avoiding them totally will only make things worse.
