We can all agree there is nothing more irritating than when someone pays attention to their phone and totally ignores you, but we never thought it would resort to cheating.

But apparently it does.  According to the Daily Mail, a new survey found 45% of people said they have either cheated, or considered cheating on their partner because they paid more attention to their phone than they did to them.

Women between 30 and 50 years old were the most likely to feel that way.

Of course, people who are paying more attention to their phone probably have communication issues already with their partner, so cheating would not address those issues at all.

66% of people who said they would cheat because their significant other was too obsessed with their phone, would use their own phone to find someone to cheat on them with.
