Survey Says: 29% of People Have Run Out During a Date With Someone Online

Online dating is almost more common today than dating someone you met from a mutual friend, but not every online date is a good date.

According to a new survey from Daily Mail, 29 % of people have said they've run out in the middle of a date with someone they have met online.

20% have coped with a horrible online date by getting way too drunk.

9% have faked an illness or an emergency to get out of a bad date.

The survey also found 84% of people don't think online dating is a good way to meet your future spouse.

Finally, only 14% say they trust everything they read in someone's online dating profile.
